隱私權政策

本隱私權政策適用於由 olc.tw 開發與發布的行動應用程式，包括街景醫生（Street Doctor）、PathCloud（路徑雲）、LandSentry（國土巡守隊）等（以下合稱「本服務」）。我們非常重視您的個人資料保護，請詳閱以下說明。

一、我們蒐集哪些資料

本服務不蒐集以下資料：裝置識別碼、廣告 ID、通訊錄、通話紀錄、簡訊、麥克風錄音、網頁瀏覽紀錄，也不使用任何第三方分析或廣告 SDK。

二、Google API 使用與有限使用聲明

本服務使用以下 Google OAuth 範圍（scopes），僅在您主動登入 Google 帳號並啟用同步功能時才會請求授權：

`spreadsheets`	讀寫您指定的 Google 試算表：寫入回報紀錄（座標、分類、備註、時間戳）、讀取現有列以偵測重複與同步更新
`drive.file`	將照片上傳至您指定的 Google Drive 資料夾，並設定分享權限以便試算表內的連結可供檢視
`drive.metadata.readonly`	列出您 Drive 中的資料夾與試算表名稱，供您在應用程式內瀏覽選擇同步目標

Google API 服務使用者資料政策（有限使用）聲明：

本服務對透過 Google API 取得的使用者資料之使用、儲存與傳輸，遵守 Google API 服務使用者資料政策，包括有限使用要求（Limited Use requirements）。具體而言：

從 Google API 取得的資料僅用於提供您在應用程式介面中看得到的功能（試算表同步、照片上傳、資料夾瀏覽）。
除非取得您的明確同意，或因安全、法律合規需求，不會將資料傳輸給第三方。
不會將 Google 使用者資料用於廣告投放、再行銷、信用評估，或出售給任何第三方。
除非取得您的明確同意，或因安全、法律合規需求，不會有人員讀取您的 Google 使用者資料。

三、資料儲存

本地優先：所有回報紀錄與照片優先儲存於您的裝置本機（Room 資料庫與應用程式內部儲存區）。
同步（選用）：僅當您為特定追蹤類型設定試算表或自訂 API 端點並啟用同步後，紀錄才會透過網路傳送至您指定的目的地。
本服務不設有任何開發者控制的後端伺服器；我們不會在自己的伺服器上儲存您的資料。

四、資料分享

本服務不會主動將您的資料分享給第三方。資料僅在以下情況離開您的裝置：

您啟用 Google 試算表同步 → 資料傳送至您自己的 Google 帳號。
您設定自訂 API 端點 → 資料傳送至您指定的伺服器。
法律要求或為保護使用者安全而必須揭露。

五、Android 權限

所有需要執行時期授權的權限（位置、通知）皆會在使用前彈出系統對話框，您可隨時在系統設定中撤銷。

六、資料刪除

您可隨時在應用程式內刪除個別紀錄或整個追蹤類型。移除應用程式即刪除所有本機資料。已同步至 Google Sheets / Drive 或自訂端點的資料，請至該服務自行刪除。

七、兒童隱私

本服務不以 13 歲以下兒童為目標使用者，亦不會刻意蒐集兒童個資。

八、隱私權政策之修訂

我們保留隨時修訂本政策之權利。修訂後將更新本頁面頂部的「最後更新」日期。

Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy applies to mobile applications developed and published by olc.tw, including Street Doctor (街景醫生), PathCloud (路徑雲), and LandSentry (國土巡守隊) (collectively, the "Service").

1. Data We Collect

The Service does not collect: device identifiers, advertising IDs, contacts, call logs, SMS, microphone recordings, web browsing history. No third-party analytics or advertising SDKs are used.

2. Google API Usage & Limited Use Disclosure

The Service requests the following Google OAuth scopes, only when you sign in and enable sync:

`spreadsheets`	Read/write your designated Google Sheets: insert point records (coordinates, category, notes, timestamps); read existing rows for deduplication and sync
`drive.file`	Upload photos to your designated Google Drive folder and set sharing permissions so links in the spreadsheet are viewable
`drive.metadata.readonly`	List folder and spreadsheet names in your Drive so you can browse and select sync targets within the app

Google API Services User Data Policy (Limited Use) disclosure:

The Service's use, storage, and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Specifically:

Data obtained from Google APIs is used only to provide user-facing features visible in the app's interface (spreadsheet sync, photo upload, folder browsing).
Data is not transferred to third parties except with your explicit consent, or as required for security or legal compliance.
Google user data is not used for advertising, retargeting, credit-worthiness determinations, or sold to any third party.
No human reads your Google user data except with your explicit consent, or as required for security or legal compliance.

3. Data Storage

Local-first: All point records and photos are stored on your device first (Room database and internal app storage).
Sync (optional): Records are transmitted over the network only when you configure a spreadsheet or custom API endpoint for a tracking type and enable sync.
The Service has no developer-controlled backend server; we do not store your data on our servers.

4. Data Sharing

The Service does not proactively share your data with third parties. Data leaves your device only when:

You enable Google Sheets sync — data is sent to your own Google account.
You configure a custom API endpoint — data is sent to your designated server.
Required by law or to protect user safety.

5. Android Permissions

All runtime permissions (location, notifications) prompt a system dialog before use. You can revoke them at any time in system settings.

6. Data Deletion

You can delete individual records or entire tracking types within the app at any time. Uninstalling the app removes all local data. Data already synced to Google Sheets/Drive or a custom endpoint must be deleted from that service directly.

7. Children's Privacy

The Service is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect personal data from children.

8. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to update this policy at any time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will be revised accordingly.
