關於本應用程式 About This App

國土巡守隊是一款 Android 應用程式，由網頁版國土利用監測地圖延伸開發而成，用於下載國土利用監測變異點資料，並在本地追蹤與記錄每個點位的狀態變化。資料來源為內政部國土利用監測整合資訊網，所有追蹤紀錄儲存於裝置本地。

LandSentry is an Android app extended from the land-use monitoring web map, for downloading land-use change detection points and locally logging/tracking the status of each point. Data comes from the National Land Use Monitoring information system (Ministry of the Interior). All tracking records are stored locally on the device.

主要功能 Key Features

• 地圖瀏覽：以 NLSC 底圖（電子地圖／正射影像）搭配聚合標記顯示各監測點位，紅色代表違規、藍色代表其他
• 清單檢索：可搜尋與篩選點位清單（案號、類型、主管機關、僅違規）
• 點位追蹤：為每個點位設定追蹤狀態（追蹤中／已改善／無變化／惡化中／已結案），並附帶時間軸紀錄
• 照片附件：追蹤紀錄可附加現場拍照或從相簿選取的照片
• 資料管理：依縣市與年度下載、更新或刪除資料集
• GPS 定位：地圖上顯示目前位置，並可計算與點位的距離、啟動 Google Maps 導航
• 資料匯出：追蹤紀錄使用 UUID 主鍵，便於不同使用者間的資料合併與分享

資料來源 Data Source

監測點位資料來自內政部國土利用監測整合資訊網，以 CSV 格式依縣市與年度提供。應用程式下載後儲存於本地 SQLite 資料庫。

Monitoring point data is sourced from the National Land Use Monitoring System (Ministry of the Interior), provided as CSV files by city and year. The app downloads and stores them in a local SQLite database.

資料儲存 Data Storage

• 所有點位資料與追蹤紀錄儲存於裝置本地的 SQLite 資料庫。
• 照片儲存於應用程式內部儲存區。
• 本應用程式不使用任何開發者控制的後端伺服器，不會將您的資料上傳至任何伺服器。
• All point data and tracking records are stored in a local SQLite database on the device.
• Photos are stored in the app's internal storage.
• This app has no developer-controlled backend server and does not upload your data to any server.

資料分享 Data Sharing

• 本應用程式不會將您的資料傳送至任何第三方伺服器。
• 使用者可透過匯出功能將追蹤紀錄分享給其他使用者，此操作由使用者主動發起。
• This app does not transmit your data to any third-party servers.
• Users can share tracking records via the export function — this is initiated by the user.

Android 權限 Permissions

• 網路 (INTERNET)：下載監測點位資料與載入地圖圖磚
• 精確位置 (ACCESS_FINE_LOCATION)：在地圖上顯示您的位置、計算與點位的距離
• 概略位置 (ACCESS_COARSE_LOCATION)：精確位置的前置要求

本應用程式不使用 Google OAuth，不存取任何 Google 帳號資料。

This app does not use Google OAuth and does not access any Google account data.
